Why Flat Practice Pricing?

Per-user pricing penalizes practices for growing. A practice that expands from 10 to 25 employees shouldn't see its compliance software cost increase 2.5x with no change in what the software does. AuditVault charges one flat rate for the entire practice — regardless of how many users log in or how many employees you screen.

What Is Not Included

Nothing is excluded. AuditVault is one tier, one price, full coverage. There are no "Basic" and "Premium" plans, no compliance area that requires an upgrade to access. Every module — HIPAA, OIG, Texas HB 300, 42 CFR Part 2, AKS/Stark — is included from day one.

Is There a Setup Fee?

No. There is no implementation fee, onboarding fee, or data migration charge. Your subscription starts when you sign up, and access to the full platform begins immediately.

What Happens at the End of a Subscription?

Your data remains yours. Upon cancellation, you can export all compliance documentation in standard formats. Your records do not disappear when you stop subscribing.
